Only four League One games were played on Saturday, and Stockport used theirs to climb from ninth to third. Eight fixtures appear on the BBC's results listing for the day and half of them were postponed: Bradford against Barnsley, MK Dons against Bromley, Mansfield against Leyton Orient and Notts County against Blackpool. The four that went ahead produced eight goals, two of them equalisers in the 90th minute or later.
Stockport beat Peterborough 1-0 with a goal that began as a Peterborough clearance. Danny Ings came off the bench on his Wycombe debut and equalised in the 90th minute against Reading, Zak Bradshaw did the same for Cambridge against Wimbledon in stoppage time, and Burton won 1-0 at Plymouth, who would have gone top with a win. One game was won at home, one away and two were drawn, and nobody was sent off.
Bradford stay top on 15 points without playing, with Sheffield Wednesday a point behind, and they have played seven games to the eight of the three clubs on 13.

A scrappy winner, and up six places to third
Stockport's winner took a detour. Six minutes after the break Peterborough's Ben Woods tried to clear, the ball ricocheted off Stockport's Jack Diamond and landed at the feet of Kyle Wootton, who fired in his sixth goal of the season. It was the only goal at Edgeley Park, in front of 9,647, and it lifts Stockport from ninth to third.
Peterborough arrived with an interim manager. They had sacked Luke Williams and appointed Ryan Harley after the 2-0 defeat by Doncaster the previous Saturday, and they did not play like a side in disarray. Alex Bass made a smart diving save from Wootton in the first half, Boluwatife Shofowoke forced a low save from Luca Ashby-Hammond on the counter-attack before the break, and Shofowoke and Ethan Williams kept carrying a threat after it. Jimmy McNulty's summary, as the BBC captioned it, was "We had to suffer".
Stockport had 14 shots to Peterborough's ten, five on target to four, and the three points put them on 13, level with Plymouth and Cambridge and two behind the leaders. Their 17 goals are the most in League One. Peterborough stay 23rd on five points, and their four goals in eight games are the fewest in the division.
Danny Ings signed for Wycombe on Friday, came off the bench in the 72nd minute on Saturday, and scored the equaliser in the 90th. Fred Onyedinma set him up, and the former England striker finished from very close range to deny Reading their first away league win of the season.
Reading had led twice. They dominated the first half, when Wycombe's debutant goalkeeper Joe Wildsmith made crucial saves from Paddy Lane and Jack Marriott, and they went ahead two minutes after half-time when Wycombe made a mess of clearing Lane's corner and centre-back Paudie O'Connor headed in. Jayden Wareham headed Wycombe level from close range just after the hour, from Ewan Henderson's left-wing cross. Ten minutes from time Lewis Wing's low shot was spilled by Wildsmith and substitute Jacob Brown pounced, and it looked like being Reading's afternoon until Ings scored.
Reading had 21 shots to Wycombe's 17 and seven on target to five. Leam Richardson's verdict, as the BBC captioned it, was "We got ragged". The point takes Wycombe from 14th to 12th on ten, and Reading slip a place to ninth on 11, having played seven.
A win at Home Park would have put Plymouth top of League One. Instead Jack Armer, who had fired high from ten yards when he was picked out in the 20th minute, scored the only goal with 20 minutes left. Murphy Cooper made a brilliant save from Caylan Vickers and Armer was first to the loose ball. Plymouth's replies were close: Corey Addai flapped substitute Caleb Watts' header over the bar two minutes later, and substitute Xavier Amaechi went through one-on-one on 79 minutes and fired over.
In between, Bim Pepple, with four goals in four games, headed just wide on 13 minutes, Charlie Webster bounced a first-time shot off the top of the bar just after half-time, and Cooper punched away a George Evans free-kick from 20 yards. The shots on target were three each. Tom Cleverley's line, as the BBC captioned it, was that Plymouth "shouldn't be losing that today". Plymouth drop from third to fourth on 13, and Burton climb from 12th to seventh on 12.
Cambridge had 62.8 per cent of the ball, 18 shots to seven and 40 touches in the Wimbledon box to 13, and needed stoppage time to draw. Jayden Stockley put Wimbledon ahead on the half-hour, shrugging off Cathal Heffernan to score at the second attempt, five minutes after he had headed a good chance straight at Jake Eastwood. Josef Bursik kept out a Gassan Ahadme header and saved from Shayne Lavery, Louis Appere missed from close range, and Eastwood dashed off his line to stop Callum Maycock making it 2-0.
The equaliser came in stoppage time, when Zak Bradshaw raced in to convert Pelly Ruddock Mpanzu's cross at the far post. Neil Harris's verdict, as the BBC captioned it, was "We definitely deserved a point", and the numbers agree with him. Cambridge stay fifth on 13 points; Wimbledon slip from seventh to eighth on 12.

Bradford lead on 15 points from seven games, with Sheffield Wednesday on 14, also from seven. Stockport, Plymouth and Cambridge are next on 13 from eight, then Huddersfield, Burton and Wimbledon on 12, and Reading and Oxford on 11. Oxford have played six, two fewer than the clubs on eight, and ten clubs are covered by four points. Bradford have conceded four, the fewest in League One, and Stockport's 17 goals are the most.
Huddersfield and Oxford both dropped places without playing, Huddersfield from fourth to sixth and Oxford from sixth to tenth. At the bottom, Wigan are last on four points and Peterborough are a point above them, with MK Dons and Doncaster on six. MK Dons are the only club in the division without a win, having drawn six of their seven games, and Bromley have conceded 18, the most.
